Registration creates an account and an organization. Catalog access is available during a valid evaluation granted by invitation or according to the subscribed plan. Each user is responsible for safeguarding credentials; the organization owner defines roles and is responsible for invitations issued.
By uploading a file, the user declares having the right to use it. Illegal content, confidential material without authorization, or content protected by contractual restriction must not be uploaded.
Product output is advisory and may contain errors or omissions. The decision to bid and the final review of the solicitation remain with the user.
Opportunities come from official sources under a registered rights policy. Source changes, removals or outages may be reflected in the catalog.
Scraping the service, bypassing technical limits, sharing credentials, reselling access or attempting to reach another organization's data is prohibited.
Access can be terminated at the organization's request. We may suspend access that violates these terms, with notice when possible.
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated in the application before taking effect.
Unlimited searches cover searching and filtering opportunities and reading bid documents available in the database, including Rebid alerts and email digests. Advanced AI Analyses consume plan credits.
Displayed prices are final amounts charged; applicable taxes may be added as required by law.
Each seat is an individual license for one user. Sharing credentials is prohibited. The default is one concurrent session per user, configurable by the administrator; users can manage and end their own sessions.
Each export has a configurable default limit of 500 data rows, excluding the header. Exports above the limit are rejected without silent truncation; pagination may offer smaller page limits.
The customer's own completed analyses remain available for viewing and free re-download during the post-cancellation retention period, default 90 days, configurable by the administrator. Cancellation does not automatically erase data.
Guided evaluations are granted exclusively by invitation from the team, with no automatic public enrollment. Conditions are provided to the invitee. On expiry without a subscription, catalog access and new analyses are blocked and data is preserved.
By using BidQuasar you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
