Does the AI decide for me?
No. The AI organizes and explains the solicitation. Deciding whether it's worth bidding, building the proposal and signing it remain your team's responsibility.
Is there a free trial?
There is no public free trial. The way in is a guided evaluation, by invitation, where our team walks you through the product using a real solicitation from your trade.
Where do the bids come from?
From official sources, such as SAM.gov and the state and local portals listed in the catalog. Every opportunity comes with the link to the original posting.
What is a Rebid?
A solicitation that was reposted — a contract that, for whatever reason, is back up for bid. BidQuasar highlights these cases and compares the versions so you can see what changed.
Can I analyze a solicitation that isn't in the catalog?
Yes. Import the PDF, DOCX or XLSX through "Bring your own bid" and request the analysis inside your company's workspace.
How many AI analyses per month?
Starter: 5. Pro: 10. Premium: 20. Catalog searches are unlimited on every plan. If you need more, a one-off analysis is $49.
Is my data kept separate?
Yes. Imported solicitations, analyses, favorites and documents stay in your company's workspace and are never shared with other customers.
