How we use it

Isolation and access
Database policies deny access by default. Documents live in a private bucket, reachable only through short-lived signed URLs issued to members of the organization.
Sharing
We do not sell data. We use infrastructure and processing providers strictly necessary to operate the service.
Retention
Documents and notes remain while the company exists or until the user deletes them. Technical access records are kept for a limited period for security.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data and your organization's files through the contact channels.
Security
Encrypted traffic, restricted file types, size limits, integrity hashing and archive quarantine before any processing.
